how do you put 2 parcels on the herons? i've upgraded like four of them so they can carry 2 items but it just gives me the button to start the delivery after i've only put one item on them :(
I don't believe any bird can carry more than 1 parcel. The upgrade is to carry two letters or two notes. This will helpful in the endgame but does limit the utility of herons.
