Very cool art direction, inspired by Skate Story perhaps? The movement and the versitile skillset work great in the game, but the gameplay is so chaotic I didn't know what was happening half of the time. It was fun mashing buttons though. Overall a really fun experience.

yo ozmaister! we haven't chatted since big trouble in little garden! how's it been?!
it's funny you say that, our server just did a monthly games club thing with skate story, and i am usually pretty aware of my inspirations. sam eng was actually made aware of my community because one of ours made a fangame so he could smuggle someone in to vote on skate story for the monthly game🤦skate story 2 by sam eng 2 music by blood cultures 2. we've breached containment 😩
anyway, it's actually more that i share common inspirations with skate story. there is ONE thing that i put in that was a conscious nod to it, which was that there's a subtle moon trail coming off the horns on your head. but other than that, i'm really big into soulsbornes and anime, like evangelion, which informed skate story directly. evangelion-coding is in like everything. it's insane.
yeah sorry about the tutorialization! one of the first things to go in a lot of jams 💀
Thats kinda funny that your community has grown so big that people are trying to influence it from the outside 😅. Now that you mention it, I can see those soulsbourne and anime vibes your game aswell. I think the chaotic feel does not come from the lack of tutorialization, but more about the readability of the enemies.
I've been pretty good. I have participated in game jams every once in a while and one jam game ( Organ Donor Delivery ) was even played by Jacksepticeye 😊.
