That said, I'm not sure what you mean about 'scrolling down to show you skins'. Could you please tell me how to reproduce this, as this sounds like a bug to me.
EDIT: Perhaps you mean the fact that the website scrolls down if you press down while playing. If that's the case, simply change the game to fullscreen mode, play at https://play.isleward.com, or download the app then you won't have to deal with that at all.
