Hi! Yes, at some point during the last 24 hours before the jam starts

so currently there's no point making something? That's a little reassuring i am trying to make a basic godot platformer so I guess something horror based now. Hopefully I do well

Hi! You can start before the theme is announced.

There's also nothing wrong with reusing various systems and scripts. It saves time, and is even recommended

glad to hear! im working on rough mechanics right now that will hopefully be reusable if the theme doesn't totally match what im having in mind

Hi! It's not only allowed, but also recommended to reuse stuff from previous projects, or game assets too. It's best to also build systems of code that would be universal enough to be reused for future projects, so you wouldn't have to start from scratch each time you begin working on a new game idea!
