I'm so happy to try my first thing by you. immediately I was delighted at your use of color codes, pronouns, and a particular rpg maker track that is very close to my heart. it was fun catching onto the theme around all the characters' names, and "all smiles, right?" hit me quite deeply in its delivery. the narrative structure was beautiful, clean and everything landed just right, leaving me teary at the end. the story you're telling here resonates a lot with some things I believe in, especially at this particular juncture of my life, and it helped me to see a story like this reflected outside of me. your command of storytelling is delightful, and your grasp on rpg maker is amazing for a first shot.
