I tried to claim a Steam key and it said they're all gone

Thanks for letting me know. I've requested some more from Steam, it might take a few days for them to be approved.

Update: I've got some more Steam keys, you should be able to claim one now.

I can't seem to download the game here after buying the game as part of the ICE bundle.

Right at the top of the game page there should be a thing saying "You own this game" and a Download button underneath it.

Clicking on that should take you to a page where you can choose which version to download.

Do you not see the "You own this game" button, or does something go wrong when you click on it?
