this happens every single time with every game that i upload on itch. it's not a virus, it's just an exe that's actually a zip file that self-extracts the unity game. when people download the file more over time it will stop being flagged normally. nothing to worry about :)
if you check the actual file that is flagged in your scan you'll see it's just the DLL file for rewired (a very popular unity plugin for handling input). millions of games use this plugin. it is 100% safe.
