I am encountering this message on every one of my accounts  from my main itch.io account right down to a freshly created one. The new account has zero comments or activity; it is completely clean.

I have always behaved respectfully and adhered to the platform's rules. However, I have been experiencing this issue since mid-December.

On December 22, I emailed the support service. It's already January 9th and there's still no response.

...and as of February 8th, there's still no response.
