I'm sorry to hear that. Sadly, I can't really do much about that from here, Itch has had all sorts of trouble with payment providers getting upset about adult content recently, and I guess they lost their credit card processor, or have restricted certain purchases. IDK, it's all a bit of a mess. Consider subscribing to Patreon, I've added an option there to claim a game key on itch on the upper tier, so you don't have to use the payment providers here. 

I have the same problem. When will the game be available to purchase on Steam?

Edit: Nevermind. I've been a sub on SS for a long time, and I was able to get it from there. :)
