I mean it is possible, most people are simply not good and writing. for example almost all school / college anime are a pretty good base for a "I fell in love with this girl but we wanted to try something new" story for example. "UNI" and "The Fixer" for example are 2 AVNS who manage to combine A and N. It simply needs some imagination outside of "i need a lot of extremly oversized and ungly boobs in my game". heck even chatgpt can write a better story than this... seriously
