Meh, fuckfests are the BEST AVNs for sure, and they DO NOT need to be Brainless.... such a term is always slung about with them, but the BEST games in the Genre are Harem/Poly fuckfests....yet also incredibly well written and conceived, just saying

...but even with a Romance/Monogamy AVN with limited sex, you need something to fall back on. My real problem is not only is there a limited roster of LI's... which CAN be a good thing, if they are impeccable goddesses which really force you to feel torn and unsure who the MC should choose (though there needs be enough sex that you know that part is golden no matter whom thy choose).... but evidently, three out of four are 'Bad' choices. 

One is an IMPOSSIBLE choice... even when you try to not care (hey, I invited her on the Wine Tasting vacation, because she felt like it worth pretending things were not what they actually were, but she did not go for it)...so that was a dead end. One is a Dog that catches the car, and then does not know what to do with it, doesnt even pee on the tyre. One is basically untrustworthy and in cahoots with people who are way too dangerous to want anything to do with. That leaves ONE option. 

Even with 'rich' story, what it all actually boils down to, is thus far, five chapters deep, there's only seemingly ONE love interest which is NOT problematic, and there is NO real side women (well you get a random encounter at a bar, but I had apparently not been cool enough to go with them), no plan Bs. If you could have a fling with Korean Girl, or Black Junior DA or like.. Anna was it? Or even the big boss lady..... until you accepted you had to choose the best of a bad bunch or something... well that'd be OK. But there is no options there. 

That leaves this a Romance AVN which goes that pathway of extreme constraint and consequences, no poly or Harem moments even if then tightening to monogamy..... and they exist.... but, unlike the BEST which make that choice and play out that way (though yes, for me that is the worst way an AVN can go)... it also lacks the one thing which makes them passable, namely that one gorgeous, loyal, eager, willing, ride or die bitch, forever yours, fallback option. That BFF-FWB sidekick chick who even often facilitates the encounters with main LIs, who will do anything for the MC, even watch him fall in love with someone else...though she is in love with him more than anyone... because she loves him so much she wants him to have all he wants.

That is critical in a game like this, because the more complicated a slow burn the story, the more complicated, unique, individual and deep the LIs, the more chance that actually, none of them will be worth it, all of them could be problematic for any given player in their own way. Like for me in this. One puts her career equal to her love life, or more, in advance of it, or even of the MCs, one is unstable and full of BS..proven when she kicks out the MC in a given moment, one is not willing to sacrifice everything for love. proven by her NOT coming on that wine tasting vacation .... embrace the taboo bitch, or get lost I say.... and one seems to be a Kardashian homage...  ewwwwwwwww. So a nice fallback, plan B, simple, monodimensional, but hot, and DTF BFF to focus on... even if a cliche and boring and not much depth to her, with little direct importance to the story....is essential in such games... because that leaves the player a participation award at least. 

Nothing worse than playing this kind of AVN only to discover the entire batch of LI's are horrible choices with terrible personalities that the player themselves, finds unattractive, and so would not choose any of them. I mean, for me, choosing the one I chose, the one you can offer the wine tasting to... was basically me choosing the best of a bad bunch, and look at how that turns out even once you DO the pull the trigger. So if I am going to go down the story rich monogamy romance AVN path, and that one be one with very deep long blown out story, and very limited roster of LIs, and thus have very high potential for them to all be repulsive in some way... then having that one participation award chick, that can be a fallback choice, that gives players SOMETHING for the time spent on the game, is CRITICAL. 

If this game had that, one 'cant go wrong' option, always hovering about in the wings, just in case all the main LIs are fucking useless.. and for me, they turned out to be.. it would be pretty good. Sadly it does not, so it just wasted my time even when I tried to give it a chance.

Well maybe not, maybe that IS her character.... maybe she is the Grey Hound chasing the rabbit.... because it is there and she wants to conquer it, and be the one... then when she catches it... well... meh, done, over it. 

But considering the revelations re two of the other three LIs... well, I guess that is also something in the nature of this game... they all have to be so mellodramatically  ...something. 

Sad, because in that case... when three out of four are just undoable choices that leave the MC in worse place....and even Offspring revelation... at the end... does do that by being that.....then I guess this comes down to actually just being a 'Date an Armenian Cop' sim. Though I guess she might also turn out not be ride or die either. 

That is ESSENTIAL for ANY Romance AVN.. there must ALWAYS be that one, unshakeable, loyal to the end, always in your corner, true ride of die bitch as an option... just in case the other ones, the dev thought to make much more complex, turn out too be TOO complex...or just push away the player when more and more of that is revealed. 

You need a fallback bae... and this one does not seem to have that one. 

Ok....so there is a lot of mellodramatic stuff here, not sure about how lauded everything about it is getting... but I think for something which is clearly inspired by a bunch of other things... it is not done poorly. 

The cases, murder, incest... the mystery of the serial killer.... the secret government programme... the drama of very mature themes like incestuous r*pe and such...  it could all be REALLY badly done. 

This does not do that, does not mishandle them so badly in strays in to the offensive. But it is not anything  groundbreaking either. I found myself skipping the back end of a lot of conversations... and occasionally I needed scroll back.... but MOSTLY I did not because it went exactly as I suspected. 

The twists were interesting... though the last one seems to be ... idk... tbh, I just do not vibe that has any significant meaning... OK.. so someone is someone else's offspring? Cool beans. That guy is the guy who knew the other guys, including thee guy who might be a bad guy, and those guys did bad things for what they though was good reasons for Uncle Sam... then went away.... but the offspring's father brought the programme back, and the offspring is his child... and ... Ok.. yeah.... so um... OK? 

But even with all this drama... all this edgy epicness.... there seems to be a lot less sex than an AVN this long should have. 

That is the MOST important part of an AVN, and in this instance, A... or ADULT... means ADULT CONTENT (not mature content or adult themes, I can list a dozen VN format games which deal with the same subject matter as this one, throw in Genocide and War Crimes and suicide and mental illness of all kinds too for that matter... which are NOT classed a Adult  Media, because they have NO explicit sexual content... and the Adult Adult Visual Novel means that.. as in Adult Film, or Adult Bookstore.. not adult themes).

What there was was pretty well done. But there was NOT much this deep in to the game.

I get it is a Romance AVN...but if you want a man to buy a cow, you need to let him taste the milk... preferably MORE than ONCE. 

Also... like.... if I am NOT in to Armenian chicks because I Kardashians wrecked them in my eyes.... what is a man meant to do for an LI in this one? The comment blow me nails it with this Jaime slapper.... that is dead end central.... and then there is the Offspring.... who turns out to be that..... and then there is the Blonde Pocket Rocket who SHOULD be calling you Daddy... but instead... well... let me not ruin anything. 

Yet this feels like all I have then, is the Cop, who is not my type....I mean, most of them ARE NOT, like...Jaime would have been had she actually been ride or die instead of just chasing what cannot have until she catches it..then like a grey hound who catches the rabbit, is over it.  But blondie was too.... pure... and ...something... I just go the vibe she'd be ... to self orientated and not the sort to be second fiddle a career man and rising star in the world of law... but that moot anyway.... Offspring seemed to be like she was, actually at heart, and demure and loving, tender, caring girl... who just had to harden up and be a boss girl.. who COULD have complimented the MC.... until she kicked him out her apartment.  From then, she was nothing to me. But all three of them, were all more attractive than Cop lady. 

I might have missed something but at no point did I see a path get with the Senators assistant... even though she was only in it later on... maybe she'd have been cool. Or Korean Woman... whatever her name is...I mean, I know she is married with kid.... but she might have been some fun, I would have been prepared to destroy that in a haze of lust. Even the DA, big boss lady, who forbids the MC contact with certain people... or the little dark skinned ringlet haired jjunior prosecutor he does the Murder case with.... she looked like fun. 

But NOPE....none of them were on the menu...leaving only ONE of the four main LIs who is NOT, had not proven to be, WHOLLY incompatible with the MC.... and she is the least attractive of them all. 

I mean, I seemed to have not had enough rizz to take home the girls at the bar... which sucks... there should be some clues for getting rizzy enough to ace that... I might have liked that, they were both cute... and it would be one more sex scene, which this game needs more of badly....but I was not allowed that one. 

Nah... basically this feels like the Dev is foisting ONE choice on you. The only one that seemed .... normal.. and not going to complicate your life, and did not treat you like trash. I do not like that in a game. 

2 Stars for the story. 

Maybe like.. a solid 6 out of 10, for now at least, might try it again when done.

Cheap way of making 'replayability' through forced game over hard lockouts. 

Good devs give you a myriad of scenarios, with a myriad of player choices, which lead to different encounters, and perhaps even outcomes, but without ever hardlocking you out of things, or quietly letting you go in dead end gameplay territory without ever giving you an off ramp. 

Bad game design, is where without warning, you are forced in to those things, JUST for wanting to experience the CONTENT of the game. Then they lazily say 'its not that kind of game' or 'just be a good person then if you want X content'. 

Tragically appalling design. 

That said, it is fortunate this game is free. I will not get the hours of my life I spent on this garbage back, but at least I did not pay these people for this level of rot. 

They are dead set on it being the way they want it to be, their playerbase be damned, so I suspect as wise as your suggestion is, they will not care to implement such at all, because they obviously have very set ideas on morality.... yet surprisingly make a porn game.... but that aside.... it means that in their very immature black and white world view, kinky perverted carnal things, fetishes, and what not, are 'Bad'... and vanilla, wholesome, romantic love, and the sexual relationships from that are 'Good' and THAT is how you are meant to experience the game to get all content. 

They've obviously written the emotional beat of the story based on this, and since all devs want players to experience their story... most have a far higher opinion of it than the rest of the world, because it is their baby... then I doubt players can expect anything which might actually allow them to experience the game any other way than the devs preordained 'Right' way. 

I just cannot wait for more, such an underappreciated sleeper of an AVN, 10/10 in my book. Hope we need to not wait too long for the update to make its way here, if I have to go a year without my favourite urchin, or teacher, or muscle girl or....... I will stop the listing now... or I will list every girl in the game almost..... I might well die.... inside... and become jaded... and never play AVNs any more.  

But then I will hate myself, and have chronic BB!

One thing I will say, is this game DESPERATELY needs a Gallery.  A main menu accessible one. 

I mean, I think it needs a Harem route, too... I know I missed content because it does not have one, and whilst replaying the game a few times is not bad, I like all content to compliment not complicate other content :P .... but even if that does not happen... and I have to play through a few times, that will SUCK without a gallery to ensure I know where I am going. 

Oooohh.....    new update? Tasty. I love the story and the aesthetic of this game so much.  I cannot ever wait for more. 

So this game is dead AF or what? It is AMAZING, but feels no more than HALF complete, possibly even only a quarter so. 

I mean, its been over a year since any update was posted, almost a year and half, and then just silence.

...........Great update, but it felt a little ....   like... things might be being crammed. Darci and Pseudo-Sister, and little taste of Faux Mommy in ONE update? Not complaining... about time we got some Darci doll love. 

But I am worried that with the threats and attempted intervention by certain antagonists, the family dynamic payoff coming heavy and hard right now, and Darci suddenly fessing up... that it means things are being tied up and tied off. 

Alyssa came and went, her mom too, and Pseudo-Mommy's bestie along with her, not resolution with Lunar and Khloe, or token Tsundere's BFF in the hall... 

...then an ending indicating a crescendo approaching? 

I hope we are not facing down closing window in development, and getting a rushed ending which will under do the sideline elements of the story!!!

Well thats confusing. FFS.... is there ever going to be an update lol. I liked what was there, but it was very limited and suddenly abortive, but I have been keeping faith there WILL be more, and it will be pretty big, and get things really rolling... saw my feed, was excited AF.... and then..... ughhhh

So is this dead? Had great potential, and was gorgeous, but the adult content was limited... a game this good, completed, with tons of good H scenes would be one of the best.. but everything seems to have gone quiet, whats happening?

So what's new? I exhausted ALL content, it seems in the game, then I see this update dropped. It took a LONG time, so I assuming there is considerable new content? But what is it? 

Great so far.... personally.. I would have hoped for content with the twins and more Desi, and some Amber.... over Nora and ... whoever the choking scene was with... see I do not even recall..... but I'll bang the 5s or 6s for a chance at the 10s (and Desi and Mackenzie are 11s :P )... 

I normally rate games, and do a review, but this is SO early, I will hold off. If the content is as good or better going forwards, I am confident this will rate highly and receive a glowing review. 

The Replay Gallery did not seem to work for me though, that really needs be addressed if this game is to succeed. 

The thing is, there is already a LOT of game..... for something so nascent, and reading this, I have to wonder when will the narrative become something 'right' for the Porn in his porn game? 

I am happy to grind... but proportionally, I like a pretty even spread, with the adult content coming early, but crescendoing deep through the game. 

If his story is epic.. like.. well... literally, an Epic... then slow pacing, holding off the rewards, etc, will not feel so bad by the 23 chapter. By the  you will have forgotten it took until chapter.. idk.. 7... to get laid properly will the all womanses of thy Harem. Especially if from then on, you had more and more moments, slowly knitted the Harem fabric together by  doing  three things... those things being your womanses... at a time. 

But man, I think Imma need to bang Pseudo-Mommy and Pseudo Little Sis soon at least... the Cat Girl I can wait on, the big sis girls, well I can wait.. the lil sis' Bff... meh, same....the Professors daughter-slave... well at some point I will need to make her MY daughter-slave... but I can wait.....   but if I AM going to have to wait for the NEXT update AFTER this for a lil something something with any of them, then we might have to wait longer than that too.. for 'Narrative Reasons'... but this is an AVN, gimme something, long, multi-phased, well blocked, angled and lit, and deliciously explicit with one of the most TABOO options, then, at least, just to hold us over for the real action!!!! :P 

If just ONE of the abortive/too quick scenes was a full scene, on the level of Isekai Paradise, or even the sole complete scene in MayFly... both games which use the same assets  for example.... then it might have all been worth it. 

I do not need to fully understand what is going on, I do not need too much agency, I wont be upset with arrogant, superior, malicious c*nts treating like they are such..  I wont care about any of it, and be happy to just be there, if I'm too cumtarded to think straight. 

All that confusing shit I spoke about, all that convoluted edge lord, try hard, epic forces arrayed against each other BS I was railing against, could all have been justified by either A: NOT tagging this an AVN, in which case, I would never have played it, but if I DID it would be with the knowledge that such a story was WHY I was playing it... or B: Leaning a hell of a lot more in to the A part of AVN, and being heavy handed with the H scenes, so I could rationalize the masochism of putting up with the grind, for the grinding balls in deep in hot space elf pussy. 

But seems like this is not to be. 

No matter HOW good the H scenes end up being eventually, unless a Russian mail order blonde downloads her self to my crotch mouth first whilst I am playing... they can NEVER be WORTH THIS MUCH of a CONFUSING, UNENJOYABLE, EDGE LORD, GRINDFEST. 

I just wanted to make sure folks could come read my take, and be forewarned. I am sure most will still play anyway, but for me, I played for the Space Elf sex, slap-f*cking a blonde space elf bimbo to chokegasms is the ultimate sci-fi dream... for me at least, and if it is not for anyone else, they should seek help :P But there IS bound to be some ppl like me, playing AVNs mostly for the A bit above all else... and they need to know the demonic hellscape of arduous BS for nought pay off, they will be facing here, that is all. 

So how far behind the paid version, is this version? Also given the Dev Log for V.13 posted a month or so ago, there seems to be a window for tier release for patreon or whatever, so if you know what things will release for those, could you not also commit to, and add a date for public release here too? 

This game seems awesome, it was visually stunning the and ONE (solo) adult scene in it, was top tier, but unless it is on STEAM, I just will not buy from anywhere else (been burned before with my CC data being stolen)... so rely on itch for many games. 

Most devs also post when their games will drop here along with the paid release schedules, and that is great. 

OK what I mean is, some games, with adult tags on sites, using RenPy and the VN format....  are NOT 'Adult' in the true AVN sense... they have Adult content, but a lot of people think Adult and Mature are interchangeable in this context. That Adult means ... say Adult themes... however, in media retail in most jurisdictions, Adult means Adult like Adult Bookstore, or Adult Film.... that is, the explicit sexual elements, are the CORE defining nature of the media. This is why in many places they are only able to be sold or screened in specific dedicated locales. It is also why many places mandate that such media as games MUST be tagged, either in copy, or their site listings on site, as such. 

Thus, when I see an interesting game using the RenPy in the VN format, which has Adult tags, I used to assume it is an Adult game... adult in this instances meaning the proper definition in the context... only to find very often such was NOT the case. The sex was token, a narrative device, and not an integral part of the game (which also meant that usually, it was also the weakest element of the game). 

I wish to avoid being 'burned' if you will, too much, you know? I play AVNs, and I play them for the A bit. I like games were that is a big part of the story, and like to avoid games which have the Adult or Sexual Content, or NSFW tags because they HAVE to, but there is actually only little moments of token or doggy treat sex which has no impact on the story at all in any real terms, and can be avoided. 

So I was just curious as to which this was. 

Is this part of the core game, as in is this aiming to be an AVN, or is it just secondary and the focus (it is ok if so, but I find most games in RenPy not aiming to be AVNs, do not give the attention to A bit that dedicated AVNs do, and it is usually a weaker element of such games)?

Is there any action in this update?

Is there a way to .... ahem... taste.... the milk.... before you, ahem... buy the cow? 

I am not a huge fan of Romance AVNs, but like this one, but do not want to invest too much if I have to make blind choices at the expense of others.

Some Romance AVNs let you play it Poly for a few chapters, before making you choose, others force you in to monogamous romance immediately... even without you knowing at times (one popular one on Steam has a hidden choice tracking system which monitors everything, and if for example you kiss a girl... just a kiss.. at key moment in a highly public forum, it locks out all other girls without you ever knowing until their paths lead nowhere). 

The girls in this are awesome....  but if I have to choose one, I need to know what I am choosing is the best choice :P 

I would love to know that too.... all but one adult scene in MY Gallery is locked, and the second playthrough, I still had greyed out options which seem to lead to some naughtiness, but I could not choose. 

Aye, there is a lot of these games where they are rather a slow burn, and most I would not give the time of day to once I have seen that is what the Devs are doing....   BUT, in this case....the story is rather engaging, and the women are hot, so I will at least wait, and see what kind of Adult scenes they offer, when one drops.... I am assuming one will at some point, within the next update or two, they've painted themselves in to a corner and something HAS to happen within that time frame... unless this a PG Softcore BS game, like some.

Worth the wait to find out though. But yeah, all too often a dev will choose this path for their AVN, and just ruin it. 

As long as we get to actually bang someone...    I mean, he literally cockblocked the MC with a freaking FORCE FIELD in that tower scene in last update...   then I will be happy. 

If it is just more heavy petting, voyeurism, and messing around with Catgirl...  it wont be worth the wait. 

I love this game, and this bloke seems ace...   but too much shitposting and dates, too much heavy story, too much sick beats and comedy.... and you up making a game which forgets it is an AVN... as opposed to VN, and the fact you chose to make it an *A* VN for a reason.

After reading all that, THIS is my biggest concern. 

I am not willing to go through Astreon or whatever levels of tease, and layers and layers of pointless interactions and exposition, and dialogue, and jump scares, and comedy.... and still not get the snu snu Family which feels like has been promised, or be denied finally experiencing the potential of a what a Slave/Daughter can offer, or even just what a truly thankful horny Nekko can REALLY do. 

I mean, if shit stars getting serious, narratively, and more intense, more epic... and by his own admission, also more confusing and generating more questions than answers... the the MC's ...  MC...between his humourous legs.... should ALSO get serious.... and by that, some actual SERIOUS ACTION, of the balls deep kind... not the blue balls kind. 

My old saves worked fine... it is JUST the Ayase thing, or whatever she is called... all her options for progression are greyed out. That basically makes playing pointless. 

If it requires two key choices, one when first recruited, and one at the beach... that shit needs to be OBVIOUS... who makes the cover girl for the game THAT easily missed? 

If this is a romance AVN posing as a Poly/Harem, just be clear about it..  you know what I mean? 

Now I have to begin a new game. 

So basically I have to start over, great :/

I play AVNs for the A BIT, not the VN bit.... I fucking HATE when you can dead end a pathway, and there is no fucking clue or hint in the game, or warning  you are doing that. 

THAT does not make a game replayable.. which so many Devs think it does, why they do it.... it just ruins the game. 

OK both those games are 2D comic style. I do not play those. 

3d, fully animated, AVN's with lots of the A bit is all I am in to. CGI is fine, I find it makes the scenes WAY better, despite what the purists might say.. and I am something of an AVN connoisseur, having been playing for almost a decade, and with over a TB of them games on my PC right now... and that only being about a third of what I have played. 

But I have no interest in 2d Anime/Comic style games. That said, that art style, changes a great deal about how the game plays and visuals, including the Adult scenes.. so it is like comparing apples and oranges to compare those, to game like this. 

I guess you can? It is fucking infuriating...    there seems to be progress options... intimate moment options.... it seems like she IS accessible by now, as an love interest....    BUT.... those options can be lost? 

Mine are all greyed out, so I assume that is what it is. Somewhere, I fucked up one or two moments... and now, she is locked out. Guess you did too. 

That is just such BS. 

The BEST games of this kind, make it CLEAR when you are heading down a hardlock path, which will dead end any future content with a character. 

THIS should, if it is the case you can have that happen in this game. 

Kinda getting upset here..... I am never getting ANY intimate options.... hold hands.... hug her.... comfort her... etc etc with the main badass girl....  and yeah, I literally just forgot her name, even though I JUST logged off the game... THAT is how WORTHLESS she is becoming to me. 

I always have the most logical option for some kind of progress with her LOCKED.

I sung this games praises... but if I cannot progress with her, because of some bullshit little thing I did wrong months ago when I first played.... this game is trash. I hate fucking games like that. Just let me KNOW if I am locking shit out.... otherwise..>DONT LOCK IT.
