I finished the pyramid and got the water, but it won't let me give it to Belle, don't know if I missed something or if I don't understand what to do.
You need to have brought Bell to the bathhouse temple first!
I got stuck briefly too. I thought I had grabbed the water, but went back with Alynn and turns out I didn't. So then I got the water, and I could give it to her. Maybe visit Pyramid again too?
