It still shows up in search even when "show adult content" is turned off, and when put into a private browser page, the adult content warning does not appear either.

I had checked the tags and saw that there were indeed adult warnings; however, despite it including the Adult, Hentai, and NSFW tags (which would normally tag them as adult automatically), the same issue I mentioned before applies.
