BUG: Can't buy laptop or other tech items, except smartphone, if you own a mansion, but not other residences.
I'll look into it later.
Although as an alternative until I fix it, owning the apartment lets you buy them. If you own a mansion I'm certain you can buy an apartment for a month to buy the tech items.
