As of right now, Erudition is the only one that does anything as far as I could tell, due to its inquiry bonus.
They all give +100% total damage, but there isn’t any order-specific content currently.
I think there are at least two nodes that need 100 inquiry, and the only means I saw to achieve that was erudition order.
