I doubt support will answer you about a problem with the app; I'd say you'd be better off trying the application's GitHub repository.

Unfortunately, i can't use github right now (security problem). Also, the app literally says it sends a report here so why wouldn't they address it? Either way i have no choice but to get help here or through the email system as that is what i have access to.
