To get impact on your rolls you can use items that given in the fifth round.

As for the extra game mode there was a toggle making the entity always lose and I accidentally left it on.

The extras part was really rushed so I’m sorry!

If I just gave more attention to the debugs everything would work better…

i assumed that the extras was bugged or unfinished yes :)

And for the items, do you means the extra dice and all ?

if so the problem remains the same, if i "win" nothing happen, and if i loose, well i loose...

So wining only makes the game longer and death is the only outcome ?

I used the power to predict the next entity roll, but what use is that since i can only click the roll button and hope i'll beat it ?

Lets say i could have saved my extra dice item, then i could use it if i see that the entity is going to roll a high score

Was going to do that but I couldn’t finish it in the time I had. The use for that item was just to not feel excited, I guess. That item also has a faulty vision. Adrenaline is the most useful one. There is also a special item in the unfinished game mode and it’s a syringe that recovers your health.

Also yes, luck, vision, adrenaline etc are items

To answer the other question, if you win, the entity dies. Was gonna put some lore drop

They also said that I can fix the always-losing issue in the extra game mode so i’ll let you know when I fix it!

But how do you win ?

The feeling i had while playing is this :

- i loose the dice roll, the saw get closer and eventually will kill me

- if i win at the dice, the saw don't move and i can play again...

So the only ending i can see here is death

Or do you need x wins to actually WIN, in this case, something should tell the player, either a counter or something visual that indicate that some progress toward victory has been made

Winning is calculated through multiple factors: how many rounds you survive, how often you nearly die, and how often you prevent it.

There is lore behind the game, but no reward. When you die, nothing special happens. When you live, nothing special happens either. You either die or you live.

The game is built around the idea of emptiness. Gambling isn’t exciting, rewarding, or meaningful. Even when you “win" you earn nothing of any value.

The ending is intentionally brutal. Because in real life, gambling rarely gives you anything special in return. No victory either.

The natural outcome is basically is:

"If i win against this thing enough times, i win"

What do you actually gain though?

Mechanically, this doesn't do anything.

The company is gaining more money from dead customers than the amount of money they use to make these robots.

There is no reward. This is more like a physiological game rather than a game you would play to spend time lol. There was gonna be more if i had time but i got to spoil it in text now.

yes i totally got that when i played the extra content and lost with all the after take. I support your take on gambling. For a video game, i think it should remain engaging somehow.

If you add anything that indicate that your win had somekind of change in the situation (even a change of the colors light that do absolutly nothing else would work, the player would go hum the light color has change when i won so maybe if i win again something else will happened etc... leading you to a certain defeat), that would totaly work for me i think :)

Okay i just updated it now you can enjoy the extra gamemode without bugs (i hope) xd
