But I don't know how to get the options that lead to scenes exclusive to the paid version. I also checked YouTube and when I tried it, it really didn't have those options; it was just like the free version.

It's stated in my Code of Conduct, but the majority of the paid DLC cannot be used in YouTube videos because it's paid content and shouldn't be shared for free.
I also don't have an official guide, as the DLC is still a massive work in progress. All I can suggest is making different choices to unlock new paths and always picking the choices with the flame icon :3 For example, some additional scenes depend on whether you stay at Ren's or Angel's home.
I don't really understand what the problem is ^^; Unless you're absolutely certain you've installed the DLC correctly and you've started a new game, there shouldn't be any issues. You'll get the flame icons naturally as the game progresses from the beginning.
If possible, please show a screenshot of the DLC inside your "game" folder — that way, I'll be able to see whether you've installed it correctly or not :3
