What did you do to accomplish the huge value differences for the directional light showcase gif? I'm trying to design an extremely dark map with a bright light but most combinations I've tried have either just whitewashed or been too dim.
Hi, it is the flashlight image you can download here with 200 opacity and Screen blend mode, and it has a slight flicker (5 flicker 3 speed).

Do you use parallaxes or screen tints for the darkness though?
I used the tint screen event command, set to -187 for all 3 colors
