also Idk if this is intended but if you support rebellions in your own land you remove all unrest and get a army
Interesting! it's something I left with edge cases as a fun thing to experiment with. I was thinking it costs more money than an army and it only makes you an army if the unrest is under 50%.
ok actually I continued playing I think I just got lucky maybe it wasnt actually so easy
