I took inspiration from all of them, but didn’t copy settings, plot or characters… it is mostly a “hunch-feeling”… after reading the pdf a friend told me it feel home in a Lynch’s movie and I was overwhelmed with joy.
I agree with your friend! I think you did a good job of creating in Lynch’s vein.
