It's the middle one saying a-house-in-the-rift-pc_hi-res.Ahj7pxp2.zip.part
That looks to be a partially downloaded file (or corrupted file).
.part files are usually the temporary file that's placed while downloading the actual file.
Now I do remember it told me once it failed. If I remember it right, at least that would make sense now so I just delete that one.
