She has no major routes but I've found two different scenes with her, one at the pool and one at church. Seems to be all there is as of now and more will come in a future update

AFAIK there are only two scenes so far with Norah. One at the pool, and one at church (although this one I haven't personally confirmed yet, but it's in the guide). Regarding some kind of actual solo route, as Doctor said there's nothing like that at the moment.

Right now there are 2 solo scenes with Norah, one at the pool and one at church. Both can happen after you have meet her and see her with Alice.

At the pool you will be able to search for her after you encounter her once.
