Game is too broken to really test currently. Tutorial soft locks you if you have a brain and instantly set the interrupt to Obliterate. It will never unlock the other skills or tell you how to proceed.
If you completely follow the tutorial and beat the boss. Then nothing happens, you're just stuck. Can't click anything, nothing works.
Also when you add the 4th ability it doesn't update the UI. So to add Burst Strike and set it up, you have to add it. Start fight (this updates the UI) stop fight, click "when staggered" this just locks the window and does nothing. So you have to manually close the window then hit start fight and at that point it will have the condition set. Then you have to stop fight again and move it above basic attack then start fight again. This will beat the fight and just soft lock the whole game as mentioned above.
As someone who used to spend a lot of time in SimCraft to do high level WoW theorycrafting, I do like the idea of a game centered around making APLs (Action Priority Lists). Since this isn't a rotation, really. But I get using the term since no one knows wtf an APL is. So if the game just actually worked it could end up interesting.
