This was an interesting concept, but didn't quite work for me.  The gameplay felt too slow. I enjoy turn based games, but this just didn't flow well. I do like the details being listed out, but with the delays it took too long. Unfortunately, even going slowly, it could be hard to read at times due to the UI elements in that area. Instead of writing each line out, maybe show all the lines that go together at once. You could have a shorter delay than showing each line individually, but I think it would be easier to read. This would be a very different UI, but what I'm used to for this style of listing out every action, would be more of a terminal/console output where it does not go away, but is just a continuous scroll of the output. For the office worker you could have a computer monitor showing it scrolling by, though making it look the right size, while still being big enough for the text to readable might be tough.

I tried several times, but the combat does not seem to end when the health bar reaches zero. I started with the Pizza Boy, and ended up primarily using the Pizza Cutter. I played for a bit after the bar looked to be empty and it just continued. I retried with the fisherman, and the office worker did a 500 point attack on me and took my health to appear empty, but again, there was no feedback that things were over and it just continued on.

The moves were interesting, and there were enough for a short bit of experimenting, but after trying each once, it seemed like the best option was to just spam the same move. For the Pizza Boy, the Pizza Cutter caused bleeding, which got more severe with each attack, up to Heavy, so you wanted to use that ability before the effect ran out. The attack damage also increased with each use. After figuring this out, it felt like the HP was too high. I could experiment with all the abilities to find the most powerful one, and then spent several times longer just spamming that ability to finish the fight. The long delays and high HP made things drag out and become less enjoyable.

I think the core idea and humor are good. It just needs some work on the implementation.
