Solid beginning of an adventure game.

Art styles are kinda mismatched. I felt like I understood I needed to put the battery in, but actually removing the cover, then the old battery, adding the new one and flipping the switch was mostly me fighting the UI.

Thanks!

Yeah wanted the game to have an old school feel but with higher resolution illustrations. Not a great pixel artist so just slapped on a dithering shader on a low resolution background to make it “pixely”. I don’t really enjoy making backgrounds, this way I can focus more on the character illustrations rather than the in game graphics.

Yeah kinda went overboard with the viber since wanted to showcase the system I built. I think the click and brr cause too much back and forth clicking and you should be able to remove the cover while the vibe is on, but got lazy and didn’t end up changing it. UI isn’t my strongest suit, learning as I go.

Thanks for checking it out and commenting!
