Simpler times are tied into the older OS used in the story as well as the gameplay is very simple like games of ages past.

I really appreciate the great work. Keep Up the great work!
Also feel free to check out my Game ( pls)
I appreciate the effort you put on emulating an old OS, it goes great with the theme of the game and helps a lot to reinforce the experience. Even if the story is captivating, I think the gameplay mechanics block the full potential of the experience. In cases like this, where time is a limitation, l'd advice you to focus on the part you consider the most important of your game and put the whole effort on everything around it to reach its best possible form.
You did it great! Keep polishing your skills and developing games, eventually you'll reach a point of excellence. This games has really high notes.
Thank you for such kind and wise words! its tough, we wanted to put a focus on the story but definitely needed to polish the mechanics more.
Really fun game Loved the Core Mechanic.
Feel free to check and rate my game :)
I also got stuck with the flow file, but I want to know what happened! I wish there was a bit more to the puzzles and maybe some background music, but the story was very intriguing and I liked the computer aesthetic. Good work!
I found the issue with the last file. I'm fixing it now but lets see if this works for spoilers
trying to figure out spoiler tags is nuts. thanks for the kind words! we just kind of ran out of time for audio but we all had fun with this one
EDIT: sorry for the double reply, i figured out a way to spoiler the file through a lot of searching and trial and error
Very interesting! Was hooked on the story. The Flowchart file didn't seem to have enough to let me unlock it and once a piece is placed on an empty node it can't be moved around. I could very well be missing something though. Some low background music could really help sell some ambience and some more difficult puzzles (the idea of playing around with corrupted files, missing nodes, etc came to mind). Really hooked on this though. If more gets added id come back to see it through!
Thank you! we had a very talented writer! we're thinking of adding more to this later on. and thanks for reaching out about the Flow File. I'll see what happened with that.
here is the file you missed out on
Technically not my first jam but the rest of the team's first. we're not in the discord but I wanted to participate anyway
