Wait Julian is not going to be romancable? Maaaaaaaan he was my 2nd favorite, too bad. I guess what happened to Connor definitely leaves a bad taste

Well that experience, Julian's backstory, and because I already have 10 romances, which is a lot to juggle. I think his story will still be satisfying overall, though.

I have two questions. First: who are the 10 romanceable characters (and if they are definitive)? Second: with the ones not romanceable available in the guide, you can only have sex?

The romanceable characters are Alex, Asher, Dominic, Evan, Griffin, Isaiah, Marco, Matt, Owen, and Riley. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by definitive, but if you're asking if that list will change, the answer is no.

The non-romanceable main characters have their own storylines, but relationship-wise, they'll only be available for hookups.

Yes, I meant that you weren't changing those 10. Nice, I agree with most of them, can't complain. That's no mean feat 10 characters, it's admirable. Keep it up, you are doing a great work!
