I don't think any of them will be sadistic, it's not really the vibe of the game. Kink-wise, I think that'll come organically as I write later hookup scenes, so for most characters, I either don't know yet or only have vague ideas.
I do know Matt & Marco are both into cum play, though, which is made even more obvious in the next update.
The next update was originally going to focus on both Matt and Evan, but it was taking too long, so now it's just Matt. But the story update after will mostly be dedicated to Evan and add a bunch of new CGs featuring him. I have it planned out as ~75 CGs for his hangout, but that may change. I've had his scenes planned out for a while and think they're gonna be a lot of fun!
You didn't say anything offensive, don't worry!
I don't currently have the skills to make an Android version, so it'll need to wait until I have time to learn how or am able to hire someone to port it for me. I can't do that at the moment, but it's something I want to do. Possibly after the next update is released.
Yup, the latest release version is what's on here. There's an early preview build of the next update on Patreon that has basically half of the full thing. The finished version isn't too far from done, though.
When I release it I'll make a post on here, so if you follow the game, you should get an email notification.
The next update is mostly focused around Matt, so I think you'll like it!
If they're the CGs I'm thinking of, they are unlocked via Griffin's route. So go to the club and hang out with the bartender all night; that should unlock 4 of them. Then go home with him and hook up. There will be a point where you can ask what Matt likes to do sexually, and that'll unlock the rest.
Doing translations is outside of the scope at the moment, but I do want to do them once the game is closer to finished and the writing is more set in stone. The game is already hundreds of thousands of words long, and I don't have anywhere near the budget to hire a translator for that amount of content when the content is still being edited and added to.
The good news is the game is posted for free, so if you ever do want to read the English version, no purchasing is necessary.
Hey, thanks so much. Tomas gives the assignment to take a porn trope and flesh it out into a "real" scene, and I basically gave myself that same assignment when I started making the game. I still heavily lean into the fantasy aspect of it all, of course, but making this does give me the opportunity to muse a little bit about writing and other artistic pursuits.
Funnily enough considering the game's premise, I didn't go to college. (I'm sure there's stuff in this game that makes that pretty obvious to those who have, haha.) So you definitely don't need a writing degree to write professionally, if that's a goal.
If I had gone to college, I might have followed in the footsteps of a pretty well-known novelist who I was lucky enough to befriend when I was just getting started—major in something that would enhance my writing rather than major in writing itself. In his case, one of those majors was psychology, and the way he writes his characters definitely reflects that!
Glad you like the game! I would love to do translations, but it's not something I have the budget for at the moment. I've had offers from people to do it as a volunteer, but I only want to do it if I can pay people for their work. Especially since there is just so much that would need translated.
Whenever I do have the funds for translations, I'll definitely make it known so I can find qualified pros like yourself!
I don't have an exact timeline yet. What remains is finishing writing Matt's hangout, which is the focus of the update, then create all the art.
I already had 111 script pages written, and in the past week or so I wrote another 159 pages. So it's coming along pretty well, and much faster than trying to focus on multiple guys at once.
He definitely will! One of the future story updates is dedicated to a dorm group hang that can potentially get a little wild, so he'll be prominent there, and he'll pop up from time to time whenever Connor is at the dorm.
He actually always places very high in the Grind'm voting (top two twice), so he's a good candidate for winning the next poll to get a scenario of his own.
There will be threesomes and I have ideas for larger group sex scenes, but no romantic throuples or anything. Keeping track of couples is complicated as it is.
Connor is 100% gay, so no experimenting with women. I considered having scenes where a bi/straight guy invites Connor to watch him get with a girl, but nothing is actually planned for that at the moment.
I will when I have a clearer idea of when it'll be totally done. I think posting too early would lose some momentum. I'm also concerned about the push against adult content on platforms like here and Steam, so I want to avoid getting hit by that on Steam if I can help it. Hopefully by the time I'm ready to post a store page there won't be such a censorship push anymore.
The romanceable characters are Alex, Asher, Dominic, Evan, Griffin, Isaiah, Marco, Matt, Owen, and Riley. I'm not entirely sure what you mean by definitive, but if you're asking if that list will change, the answer is no.
The non-romanceable main characters have their own storylines, but relationship-wise, they'll only be available for hookups.
There are sex scenes with Alex, Griffin, Marco, Mafia + NC17, and two variations of one with Leo, plus sex-adjacent scenes, one-off sex CGs, and many teases. That's not including the Grind'm side stuff, that's in the main story. I'm saying this mostly for anyone else who reads this comment so they aren't misled as to the content currently in the game.
One of the things contributing to the next update taking a while is it introduces more and longer hookup/hookup adjacent scenes to the main story. It'll add 300+ new CGs when finished. This is alongside the hundreds of thousands of words I've written to cover all the many, many choice-based paths through the game. That is the equivalent of multiple lengthy novels, and considering there are games on here having 4000 words as a selling point, I'd say that's an above average amount of writing.
I do agree it takes too long, and I've already talked a lot about what I'm doing to help lessen that, so I'm not going to reiterate it here. But truly, if you can't see how creating that much content as a solo developer takes a while, I don't know what else to tell you. It seems like you disagree that there's already a lot of content, so I would imagine what's coming next won't seem adequate either. You might consider writing me off and look into other games more to your taste.
