I have been unable to replicate this issue on my side so far.
lastest version 1.0.6 the enemy was skeleton I had to use boobs+milk and she had massive breasts begin held by magic hands and then when potion screen happened her boobs went form massive to flat.
I THINK I have it resolved. thank you for pointing this out.
