Sorry for late answer, thought I answered but I didn't.
Snake mechant will get some love in 0.7 probably, as well with a rework of how chilli works and something else to purchase as well.
End goal is to finish the story, develop 8 matrons total (bee biome and mouse biome will come next) as well as a couple of other characters/biomes, and make the world feel as alive as possible within the boundaries of what I've built in so far. The nightime scenes I've recently added go into that direction, and I want to add more stuff like that to make matrons feel more responsive to the way the player behaves.
