I got all the achievements (I'm assuming I got all of them for Blake but that's hard to actually verify) and I could answer any questions you've got.
Spoilers, don't read past this if you aren't completely stuck
In Vic's it's pretty much just the good and bad endings and then just replaying or failing both minigames a few times.
SPOILERS FOR VICTORIA'S ROUTE
Every mingame should have a fail and a skip achievement. Both of the left right games have each of those. Vic's route also has an achievement for each ending. Skip options are unlocked after 2 fails (per minigame) or having completed either ending.
SPOILERS FOR ENTIRE GAME
Lyell has an achievent for each ending. 2 Total.
Bae has an achievement for each ending, one for failing the minigame, and one for skipping it (option is available after 2 fails in a row without winning. Fails persist through all playthroughs until you win or skip) 4 Total.
Victoria has 2 for endings and 2 per minigame. 6 Total (already listed above)
Xanthe has an achievement for each ending, two for choosing reason or instinct for the bad end, one for choosing the twins over rose, and one for trying to pick either "Let Her Stay." or "Let Her Go." 6 Total
Lien has an achievement for each ending and one for the amnesia ending (having 0 or less points for her and choosing to keep instinct). 3 Total.
Blake has one achievement for the ending, one for dying in the bedroom by picking "Closets." as the 2nd choice, one for instead choosing "Chests." as the 2nd choice in the bedroom, one for dying in the minigame, and one for skipping the minigame (option unlocked by failing twice or by having already finished the route.) 5 Total.
