Thank you! You die if the enemy runs into you without a shield, or if the Timer runs out, mentioned in rules in both the game and on the page. You need ammo to shoot enemies in order to gain frag points. You could technically load up on Shields, but you don't get frag points for killing enemies by crashing into the shields.
