Very good entry! The animations, the art style and the story itself. I liked the idea of being able to stop the time, but being 5 seconds too late for actually doing something good! This was a nice catch on the theme. Gave me "Life is strange" vibes. Music and effects are also fitting. Just a minor thing (get that this is too much within this short time): Expressions of the character are missing. But you've done well with camera handling to avoid showing it all the time :D
Only other thing: It did not load in the web for me, probably because the build is quite huge (?). But I checked the youtube link you provided.
