The controls are really bad and bring down what is a pretty decent little climbing game

If you jump but do not release LMB you will not grab anything unless you release it first (though that one is because I thought you could hold LMB to grab stuff as soon as it was possible to grab something)
The grab range I personally thought was surprisingly short and I sometimes was unable to judge if something was in range and/or possible to grab (having like a transparent version of the hands show up on whatever thing that you can grab if you aim your mouse at it or something)
Making it possible to set mouse sensitivity wouldve been awesome
Not being able to grab things after jumping is, like you said, to stop the player from being able to immediately grab onto what they just jumped from. I probably should have put a timer on it so it allows you to grab something after like half a second of holding grab down though. And yeah I wanted to add something similar to a transparent set of hands to let you know if something is in range because it does get a bit annoying. Unfortunately I didn't get the time to add that one. I'll keep this in mind for the future though, thanks for the feedback!
