The hotfix released isn't actually related to the outage, but it's good to hear that reserved summon channels are helping.
Btw, I am currently working on an instant summoning idea that will guarantee 100% summoning success and actually not depend on 3rd party services. So, stay tuned, and thanks for a deep interest in the game.
