I'm currently looking for a quick solution.
UPD: at this moment, the availability must be at least twice as high.
The hotfix released isn't actually related to the outage, but it's good to hear that reserved summon channels are helping.
Btw, I am currently working on an instant summoning idea that will guarantee 100% summoning success and actually not depend on 3rd party services. So, stay tuned, and thanks for a deep interest in the game.
