I have a fix for this in the work. As a workaround you can open up the developer console (Shift + o) and type:$ renpy.show_screen('quick_menu')
$ renpy.show_screen('relationship_toggle')
That should get both menus to show up again.
Im on android so im unable to do that
In that case you'll have to wait for the bugfix release.
