as always you are such an inspiration! changeling and gilded shadows hold such special places in my heart. I also want to be a writer, and your output and dedication to the craft each day is truly awe inspiring. thank you for your hard work and for the update. Thornwood sounds amazing also

May 2026 be the year you're able to realise your writer dreams. Honestly I've just developed consistent habits out of necessity (it's the only way to finish huge projects in a reasonable amount of time).
I've managed to increase my daily word count goals over time. From 500 a day, to 1000 a day to at least 1500 a day. It gets easier to hit those goals over time.
It sounds like a lot but also I can usually hit 500 - 800 in a single 25 minute writing sprint so usually it's just about focus. <3
