Just googled it, and no, I definitely haven't heard of this before—I rarely listen to podcasts (it's a podcast, right?..) 'cause I can't concentrate on sound alone, need the visual part as well. Seems right up my alley, though! I'll try to give it a listen sometime, my curiousity is greater than whatever it is that's messing with my focus

Im similar in that way I use to listen to it before bed and for a while I couldn't sleep properly without it lol.

It's good in the way that you don't need to pay attention you can just let it fade into the background and you'll still understand the overall lore.
