I'm glad you've been enjoying the update, and thanks for your feedback.
The new bosses are a step up in difficulty, particularly in the amount of damage you take during the encounter. During my personal testing I did worry that they might be too much trouble, but after investing a few talent points into the more defensive choices, it became a lot more manageable, so I stuck with what I had.
I do want players to have to make an effort to get their defensives up instead of just stacking damage/vore stats. Some of the defensive capstone talents are REALLY strong, so I don't think it takes too much of a sacrifice to make the game a lot easier.

Absolutely! They've been incredible for totality mode. Honestly, a lot of the new capstones are just crazy good. Defense has pretty much been the only challenge (for me) in totality mode. Especially early on. But now it feels like I'm playing regular mode with just bit more to deal with, in general. To be fair though, I spend a lot of my time playing difficult games. So, finding ways to beat hard enemies is a bit of my style.
Not that i'm playing this game for difficulty anyway. It's just an amazing game <3.
