It's my first run on hard, btw :)
I had a fully upgraded items giving +4 to every instance of block, and 100% of lifesteal as block, the oakheart talisman, and a LOT of upgrades to my cards to give me lots of block while running the defensive deck which already has a lot xD then managed to cast my entire hand for +6 to everything.
It was just a perfect moment, but it was a fun one.
