Hi, thanks a lot for being willing to give my game a try! I am sorry to hear that; I guarantee you that my game is made with a proper engine and doesn't have any virus in it. Do you mind telling me what your operating system is? Is it Windows, macOS, or Linux? Are you able to temporarily disable the anti-virus software?

I'm assuming that your game is perfectly safe and works correctly since, based on other users' comments on your game, they're not having a problem with it at all, so I'm not worried about it being dangerous or anything. My operating system is windows, and I've tried out a couple different games on Itch.Io and they've all been working fine. I tried to disable my anti-virus software, but I haven't had any luck just yet. I also tried to play the game even with my software's warnings, but it runs a scan on the game without my permission and then ends up deleting the game entirely since it finds it "unsafe," so I might have to even uninstall the software and try to play your game then, but I'll look more into it. I'm sorry for bringing this up to and hope it doesn't bring too much concern for you, but I'm just letting you know the issues I'm having with the game just in case anyone else experiences the same things.

No worries! Thank you for letting me know about the problem! Lemme know if it ends up working out for you.

What is the name of your antivirus software? We (meaning the internet—I’m not affiliated with the game dev) should be able to find a way to get it to behave. If your AV has a whitelist, you could try whitelisting the game, for instance.

Of course, it’s been a month, so you might have worked it out. But I’d be happy to help look into it!
