That would mean it is bugged, because it doesn't change, ever.
Bugged would be if the feature was implemented but did not work as intended. As it is, the feature has not yet been added, this is version 0.0.1 after all
Maybe the dev should... say that then, instead of something else entirely?
Whatever though, I don't care. I've given up on this game and this developer. They do not understand game design at all.
