i've been waiting for itch to verify my page for some time now but if this persists i'll try contacting support. itch does not seem to inform the devs when this happens but some players like you did tell me, so thanks a lot.
That is genuinely tragic, and though it changes nothing, I am sorry you have to deal with that. It shouldn't be players informing devs about that stuff. I really hope they can get to work and clear things up.
