It's a good game to start with, but when I'm playing, I don't know if it's just me, but I can't get past 40 in the relationship between my character and the girl. So I don't know if I need to do more or if it's a bug.
That screenshot is from the changelog - meaning dev did that on purpose, not a bug
He deliberately locked relationship progress on 20 and 40 points (60 and 80 will be added later) so that the player has to do something special in order to progress
