I need some answers.

Have I done something wrong? Am I doing something wrong? I'm asking and wondering because despite having done all I can to pursue [A] and I'm at Chapter 12 now, I can only pick between Blane and Rylan and [K]. I can't for the life of me find anyone else mentioning this or maybe I'm just blind, but I'm frightened at continuing now.

Nope. there's only 2 routes in chapter 12 - one with Blane if you take the knife for them (i think I don't really remember) and second where Rylan and K come to your apartment. So no you aren't doing anything wrong

having played both routes, I'm pretty sure the reason there's only those two routes is bc they're more plot-related than relationship-related. (that's the least spoilery I can get about it ^^; )

Lina's reply is correct! You can also get Blane's branch if you've been kind to them in the past.

As friendlymosquito puts it, I don't really call Chapter 12 "routes" since the two branches are used as a way to move the plot forward, rather than get close to the ROs.
