I've noticed that the game is not generating women with dark brown, light brown and rich ebony skins like at all for me, I consistently only see women with the other shades. I am still only in my first town so idk if like that has anything to do with it but I felt I should say something, hopefully can be fixed
Afaik those darker skin tones & additional hairstyles where added later to the game and do not appear with randomized characters. So you are right.
Ofc it would be nice to have the option for more skintones & more hairstyles for random characters. Both should be seperately optional because: especially some of the hairstyles are very uncommon / unnatural.
Would love to see a haridresser in town where you can change the hairstyles of all characters, if they agree.
Skin tone change would also be cool, like getting a tan on the bech or in a human toaster - tan should ofc fade with time. Imho "tanned" should not be its own skintone but a condition.

Thank you for flagging this, you're right that these skin tones aren't currently appearing on randomly generated women. This is something I plan to fix in a future update by tying it in with an ethnicity feature.
Each ethnicity will be tied to a pool of names, skin tones, hair colours/styles & eye colours, plus some other appearance options. I was then thinking of adding a city area you can explore (maybe London outside of just day trips) that will be much more diverse than the town, allowing you to meet girls of a variety of ethnicities.
