Why does EXE always asks admin permissions, even though it’s not installer?

Administrator Permissions Required 🔒
⊡ QualityScaler now requires administrator permissions to work
⊡ This change fixes a bug that was preventing access to the DirectML library on some PCs
⊡ Without access to DirectML, the GPU couldn't be used correctly for AI upscaling
