Why is it my posts are getting downvotes? I don’t see what is so bad in my postings. Is it perhaps always the same person voting -1? Is there a Negative Nelly on this forum?

Good point. That puts a positive spin on the matter.

It is nice to be loved!

It is unfortunately too common for me to see people dedicate their lives to downvoting and harassing people on this platform. I'm not sure if that's what happened here, but it has happened to me before.

No clue, from what I've seen on your profile, you seem to be extremely helpful to others on this site, so I have no idea what would warrant this.

Since you're asking, I'm assuming you actually want an answer. I'm thinking it may be that this is what most of your comments look like.

You're here just about every day, and comment on just about every post, and a lot of your comments are unhelpful or rude.

"Read the wiki." "Like I JUST said three hours ago..." "This was answered a year ago." You may have the time to dig down a year into posts, but that person clearly didn't... Most of us don't.

Those are very real, verbatim, quotes from you. And that's just from this page.

Personally, I've begun avoiding interacting on this page (and another mutual page) because of you specifically. I've seen this developer address your tone twice, and I've seen another developer address it.

If you're going to be helpful, absolutely be helpful. But you are frequently rude, condescending, and just not helpful. If you don't have an answer, you don't have to respond. You're not the developer.

You also have to keep in mind: Runey is running a business here. If you're going to take it upon yourself to speak on behalf of a business, you can't respond the way you do.

I hope that answers your question, and maybe helps you move forward.
